ACADEMICS:

 Learning is not just teaching children specific subject matter. It is a process of a series of experiences that have led to the great. Every young people need to get good grades and take steps towards academic development. Learning is a gift and they will have it for a lifetime.   To provide stimuli to the intellect of the child to gain and develop a love of learning modern methods of teaching are used. Audio-visual learning aids, smart classes, projectors, computers etc. are used to a large extent to create the teaching-learning process more effective & interesting. 

COURSE OF STUDY:

Foundation- Preparatory

This division consists of five classes from I-V, 

Foundation: I to II

Preparatory: III to V

Besides major subjects, the emphasis given on Arts & Craft, Music, Value Education, General Knowledge, Health & Physical Education, Sports & Games, and learning from outside the school Effort on self-esteem is been given. 

Secondary School:

 Middle level: 

In this section we have–VIII students, to globalise modern Education we introduce the CBSE curriculum (NCERT syllabus) along with the modern approach of teaching-learning methodology. The experienced teaching faculties in different disciplines put their best effort to make a Global citizen. Learning value and Indian culture has been given more importance along with environmental caring.

Secondary level:

In this section, we have IX – X students. Well-trained and experienced faculties take an effort to develop a scientific approach in students. 

Curriculum: 

The standard of Education always depends on the standard and well-designed curriculum. We use the CBSE curriculum (NCERT) which is the most acceptable and well-planned curriculum for all kinds of students in India and abroad. Value Education and Indian culture also implement in our curriculum.

 School Timing 

 Admission Procedure: 

• Parents Seeking Admission to their ward(s) shall collect the Registration form and Prospectus from the school office on payment of Rs.100/- either in cash / DD in favour of Vidya Vikas International School payable at Malegaon.
• A duly filled admission form should be submitted to the school office. For the children seeking admission up to pre-primary no entrance test will be taken but oral interaction with children & parents with the principal will be taken. 
• For the Children Seeking Admission to class I or above, admission will be granted based on an entrance test & verbal interaction with the Principal. 
• RTE case will be considered.
•  Selected Candidates shall deposit fees within seven days of declaration of the result; otherwise, the seat will be allotted to the next deserving candidate in the merit list. 

Documents to be produced at the time of admission:

• Upto class I – original Birth Certificate. 
• Class II & above original TC, countersigned by the competent authority. 
• Report card of the previous class. 
• 5 passport-size photos. 
• 01 passport-size photo of parents. 
•  Migration certificate coming from another State /Board.

About Pre-Primary Section 

The Pre-Primary Sections comprise the following classes:

1)   Nursery 
2)   Junior KG 
3)   Senior KG

Individually, each of these classes is further grouped into sections, the details of which are stated as under.

Any student belonging to the pre-primary section is at an age where the utmost care and concern need to be shown. These formative years are the most crucial in developing and shaping concepts, basic life skills, language and habits. 

We live in times of constant and ceaseless development, hence even at this stage, we find it imperative that students be taught creatively and made aware of concepts via various means and modes.

It is why the teachers that lead the pre-primary section at Vidya Vikas International School are immensely trained in not just handling students of that age but also making use of the latest and modern methods of teaching such as images and media via projectors, CDs/ DVDs, and puppet shows, etc.

These not only make the subject matter interesting and clear but also students become more prehensile, thus retention skills are developed as well. Vocal and writing skills are also developed through love, passion and patience.

Field visits and picnics add to an enriching, educational yet recreational outing. Ample co-curricular activities and games (both indoor and outdoor) aid in regular physical exercise, mental acuity, emotional maturity, development of social skills making them independent and confident, and giving wings to their imagination.

The school also provides a brunch/ lunch menu which helps shape healthy and regular eating habits right from a young age.
